Chosen Charm Skincare is made in small batches by hand. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Lost/Stolen Items:

IMPORTANT: Please note that Chosen Charm Skincare will not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process. Please ensure that you list the correct mailing address upon checkout.
